our story

At Cypriana Street Food, everything starts with family.

My dad is Greek Cypriot, and grew up learning the recipes and techniques that have been passed down through our family for generations. Those flavours, that way of cooking, and the pride he carries in his heritage are at the heart of everything we serve today.

I grew up watching him cook. The Greek BBQs — filled with slow-grilled meats, fresh herbs and delicious Greek salads — were my favourite! So you can imagine the excitement when, in 2022, my dad sat me down and announced he was starting his own food truck. 

​

Fast forward to 2025, and we're all proud to be involved. My mum runs the front, ensuring everyone leaves happy and with a perfectly-wrapped gyros in-hand. I handle the marketing and enquiries, making sure everything runs smoothly in the background. Together, we keep the wheels turning while Dad works his magic in the kitchen.

 

Now, together, we’re bringing those traditions to you. We’re proud to be a family-run business, sharing honest, homemade, proper Greek Cypriot food with our community.
